The Romance Road is a challenge for couples to connect around healthy
and holy habits throughout the summer months.

Summer 2026, Romance Road kicks off June 15 and will continue through
Labor Day, September 7th !

 

It is our prayer that as you walk, hike, run, kayak, rollerblade, etc. or just take a stroll together, you will connect along whatever road you choose. The goal is to complete 30 hours over the summer! (2.5) hours a week.

Each Lesson goes for two weeks and should be the basis for your talks during the activity. They each have a theme and a new feature of connection points that you can check off each time you log minutes. This will be a composite score of averages. Only you can see which ones in the history you checkec.

There are also time markers along the way with recipes, scripture passages to memorize together and with each marker you complete, one of these will be revealed.

We have opened up the Trails to try as a resource and not attached to progress. 

 

This Year we went for time spent together, rather than miles. This way each can exercise at your own pace and focus on the quality time spent together in God's work..

How does The Romance Road webapp work?  It's simple!

​

• Sign up using the link in the upper right hand corner of this site.

  • You can sign up using your email or your Gmail account.​

• Register you and your spouse as a couple.  You share an account.  Make your "Display Name" a fun Team Name, if you wish!​​

• Every couple starts with one Recipe, one Bible Verse, and one Trail to Try.  You can also access the Conversation Starter page for potential topics while you walk. Use the menu at the top of the screen to access.

• Whenever you and your spouse intentionally exercise together, Log the minutes using the Log Activity menu item.  The site will log your minutes and calculate them for you on the leaderboard.  Walking through the grocery store together does not count!

• Watch the Leaderboard for your ranking against the other couples who have signed up and have started tracking minutes.

• Every 150 minutes you log earns you an additional Recipe and a new lesson. 

• The challenge ends at 30 hours(1800 minutes)!  You can keep logging more minutes, but you won't get any more recipes.  (At least not yet)
