The Romance Road is a challenge for couples to connect around healthy
and holy habits throughout the summer months.

Summer 2025, Romance Road kicks off June 9 and will continue through
Labor Day, September 1st !

 

It is our prayer that as you walk, hike, run or just take a stroll together, you
will connect along whatever road you choose. The goal is to complete 60
miles over the summer! When you first log in you will see “Conversation
Starters” to deepen your time together. There are also mile markers along
the way with recipes, scripture passages to memorize together, ideas for
places to walk and with each marker you complete, one of these will be
revealed.

 

We encourage you to focus less on the 60 mile goal, and more on the
journey together as you walk, talk, pray, and connect with each other in
community with other couples.

 

Let the Romance Road take you down a deeper walk with your spouse and
God who created all of the beautiful landscapes along the way.

How does The Romance Road webapp work?  It's simple!

​

• Sign up using the link in the upper right hand corner of this site.

  • You can sign up using your email or your Gmail account.​

• Register you and your spouse as a couple.  You share an account.  Make your "Display Name" a fun Team Name, if you wish!​​

• Every couple starts with one Recipe, one Bible Verse, and one Trail to Try.  You can also access the Conversation Starter page for potential topics while you walk. Use the menu at the top of the screen to access.

• Whenever you and your spouse intentionally walk together for exercise, Log the miles using the Log Miles menu item.  The site will log your miles and calculate them for you on the leaderboard.  Walking through the grocery store together does not count!

• Watch the Leaderboard for your ranking against the other couples who have signed up and have started tracking miles.

• Every 5 miles you log earns you an additional Recipe, Bible Verse, and a Trail to Try,  

• The challenge ends at 60 miles!  You can keep logging more miles, but you won't get any more recipes.  (At least not yet)
